Jason Pruce - Director

Having graduated to departmental head of a Fortune 500 company the reality that I was working in an environment that I did not enjoy dawned - clearly a radical rethink was needed.

The first step in my chosen career was the launch of a shabby chic inspired concept bar diner. With a strong music policy, cask conditioned ales, cocktails and world food offering the brand was easily differentiated from its doorstep competition. Following a successful launch the decision was made to expand into events promotion.

This complimentary experience secured my involvement in the launch and management of a number of successful brands in London and the South East. Hosting club nights, corporate events and product launches for a broad client base I gained valuable experience of the varying needs of different target markets.

This experience, combined with Directorships of successful hospitality businesses, gives fresh perspectives, a desire to constantly evolve and a willingness to embrace new strategies. I have, alongside my colleagues, created a methodology and vision for success, one we look forward to sharing with you.

Matt Barnwell - Director

Matt has over 16 years’ relevant experience, having started out as a Customer Service Assistant at a Zoo while still in school. He has since gained invaluable understanding of the sector while working as a manager and trainer in a variety of Hospitality and Leisure businesses. His experience in Family Entertainment Centres, Pubs, Nightclubs and Hotels has included managing refurbishments and rebrands, and creating and rolling out food and drink concepts for multi-million pound turnover groups, while at the same time pouring countless pints and cooking countless burgers!

Pete Ennals – Freelance Health & Safety Consultant

Pete is a hugely experienced trainer in Health and Safety, who has delivered training and managed Health and Safety in a range of businesses throughout the Leisure and Hospitality sectors.

Edward Jolleys – Consultant Chef

Edward has over 10 years background in the catering industry, including experience at Michelin starred restaurants. We have recently been lucky enough to work with him on an extensive menu redevelopment for a national Family Entertainment Centre chain and look forward to our further projects together.
